I can't. I'm in Palo Alto--could location have anything to do with whether or not we can connect?

Mena

Perhaps. What provider are you using? There could be some sort of router/firewall issue occurring.

Mike

I made a purchase using paypal this morning. (I'm in Philadelphia, via Comcast.)

Cory Doctorow

I can connect no problem from Earthlink DSL in San Francisco.

me

yup. no prob from texas.

patti

We use a company called Raw Bandwidth, who resells Pac Bell.

Nicole

I was just there a few hours ago...connecting from PA.

eliot

WORKSFORME. Maybe you should set up a proxy somewhere and use it.

Alison

Ok, we're getting redundant, but I can connect & use. Made a payment last night from CT.

Mena

Thanks everyone. I think the problem is resolved now -- I can connect. We're still going to want to contact Speakeasy, our DSL provider becuase we've had a really flakey connection week.

patti

I can connect too, now. I bet it's a Pac Bell issue, and that Speakeasy resells too.

mathowie

I was able to connect late last night, early this morning, and an hour ago, all on pacbell lines in the bay area (direct from pacbell/sbc, and not a resold line). Odd.

lashlar

Yes. I connected at 5.36pm (+0800 GMT), February 12th. Hope that helps.

JEC

No problems from RTP, North Carolina.

matt

Connecting find in Southern Vermont.

Phillip Harrington
