I put up photos from our day at Disneyland.
Out of the seven days we were gone, this was really the only day that really felt like a vacation. Of course, it was a working trip, so that was expected.
The bed and breakfast we stayed at in San Diego was lovely; good breakfasts and fine decor.
Unfortunately, our room happened to be directly under the San Diego Airport landing path. For someone like me, who's not only afraid of flying, but also terrified of planes themselves, this wasn't an optimal situation.
Fortunately, the best way to combat a phobia is by meeting it head-on. So, by the time the thirtieth plane passed over or room, my tears had dried and I was just really pissed off. Part of this anger had something to do with the fact that we had accidentally skipped breakfast, lunch and dinner that day.

Ouch... I get grumpy if I miss one meal, let alone three! I think even birds flying by would have made me cry, let alone airplanes (they freak me out a little, too. Except, I don't get scared, I get nauseous just hearing them).

Those are some absolutely great photos! Has anyone ever told you that you look a little like Amelie? :) (I'm assuming that you're the girl in the photos on the second page.)

One day long ago, I was escorted out of Disneyland by the Disney cops. It was an incident involving peyote and the "It's a Small World" ride. We were asked never to return to the Magic Kingdom.

Great Disneyland photos! We got married at the Disneyland Hotel and we took pictures in the park afterwards. The place we took the pictures is featured in your second picture; the staircase in New Orleans square. Was there anybody there the day you went? It seems awfully empty...

I've lived in Orange County for almost 3 years and the most I've seen of Disneyland is from the freeway. You damn tourists come from up North and just walz on in! ;)

Your photos of Disneyland are great. I recently visited Disneyworld (too hot for any human to endure in the midst of June) and cut the visit short (40 minutes) when my friend and I discovered there are no alcoholic beverages served at Disneyworld.

It's a nice way to watch yourself get uglier and dumber. i mean. . . .yeah, thats what i mean.

I think Mena is Amelie in disguise. I mean, come on, just look at her eyes.

What digital camera do you have? Those photos are awesome! (Perhaps you mentioned it before, and I will be scolded for being a bad reader.)

OH God!
That reminds me, I had four free passes to Disneyland, but two of them expired a couple months ago, though!
I have got to set a date before these other two expire!

Bloody hell!
1) Where are all the people in the photos? I mean, Dland is always full of eager tourists and the photos you took seem so serene.
2) You've got a great, great, artistic sense with...everything! The photos are framed so nicely. I freakin' worked at Dland, and I couldn't even begin to capture the things from your point of view.
3) Yesh, yesh. Please fill us in on tips for better picture taking slash digital camera slash scanner useage.
Too cute, too cute!
1) Humm...I do sense a resemblence between Mena and Amelie.
2) That couple with similar smiles. :O)
Cheese!
