I had the great pleasure of playing curator over at The Mirror Project.
May I present my gallery, Accidental Stills from Imaginary Movies -- an homage to Cindy Sherman.
Also, the Mirror Project has just reached the 5,000 photo mark -- in terms of collaborative web art, that's quite an accomplishment. Congratulations.
* Despite my hilarious little title to this post, I should point out that I do indeed respect curators and the role that they play in the art world. I just needed a title and that one popped into my mind.

Awesome selection! Very fine curating.

Second that, Brad. Mena - I love what you picked. I like the curator feature since there is no way I am going to scroll through 5000+ mirror entries. I discover a new gem each time I go there.

For a second there, I thought the title read: "Those who punt -- puree." And then I realized that I was wrong because I was recalling the famous story of the football kicker who was incapable of making his own marinara sauce.

Awesome selection of photos you put together.

Very nice! Whatever happened to Cindy Sherman and why is it so hard to find many books of hers or websites about her? She just didn't splash as loud as she should have.
Anyway, congrats on the SXSW award! I must agree - your blog is always a treat. Keep up the great work in the big city!

I think Heather's choice of curator has always been a good one.

I haven't participated in The Mirror Project yet. And, I haven't participated in your web site yet either (even if I visit it regularly). But I thought I'd post a comment now to let you know that I enjoyed your selection. Thanks. :)

I love Cindy Sherman. Does anyone remember this terrible movie she directed a few years back? Random factoid.

Great job. That was my favorite so far.
